Orange County has a new program to help families affected by lead poisoning. Azure Community Development, a non-profit organization, in partnership with the California Department of Public Health, Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Branch will pay to remove lead hazards and make the home where the child lives lead-safe, at no cost to the homeowner.
